2.synthesis of sapo-34 molecular sieve
Al (I - OC3H7) 3 as aluminum source, TEOS as silicon source, H3PO4 as the phosphorus source, TEAOH as the template agent, according to a mole ratio of al2o3:2 p2o5:0.6 SiO2:4 TEAOH: xH2O (x = 66.4, 75, 107, 140, 173) in hydrothermal synthesis.Specific synthesis steps are as follows :(1) after TEOS, water and TEAOH are mixed, the solution is prepared by magnetic stirring at room temperature for about 1 hour.(2) slowly add aluminum isopropanol to the above solution while stirring, and then add phosphoric acid drop by drop to obtain the initial clarification reaction solution.(3) the above initial clarified reaction solution was stirred and aged for a certain time at room temperature, then poured into the hydrothermal reaction kettle and placed in the oven at a certain temperature for a certain time for reaction.(4) after crystallization, the solution was centrifuged (8000 RPM, 15 min) and washed.
