Sapo-34 molecular sieve is composed of SiO2, A1O2- and PO2+ tetrahedrals connected with each other, with three-dimensional cross channel, eight-membered ring orifice diameter and medium strength acid center. Its unique structure enables it to have excellent performance in methanol to olefin (MTO), adsorption separation and membrane separation. However, the particle size of sapo-34 molecular sieve has an important influence on the preparation of olefin (MTO) from methanol, as well as the adsorption and separation effects and membrane separation effects [1].When the size of catalyst sapo-34 molecular sieve is reduced, especially when its particle size is reduced to the nanometer level, the specific surface area of the catalyst can be effectively increased, the diffusion control of the molecule in the pore channel is weakened, and the activity and anti-carbon deposition ability of the catalyst can be improved [2-5].Sapo-34 is also commonly used for shell materials of nuclear shell materials in the direction of adsorption and separation and membrane separation. It is coated on the outer surface of various nuclear materials through secondary growth or in situ growth. The smaller the size of sapo-34 molecular sieve, the more homogeneous and dense it will be to cover the surface of nuclear materials.
