Application prospect of ZSM-5 nano molecular sieve
Nano ZSM-5 molecular sieve has higher selectivity, higher catalytic activity and longer life. With small-grain HZSM-5 molecular sieve as catalyst, the selectivity of hydrocarbons above C5 is higher in the methanol-to-gasoline reaction; in the ethylene oligomerization reaction products, the aromatic hydrocarbon content above C9 accounts for more than 50%. In the toluene alkylation reaction, it was found that the large-grain HZSM-5 molecular sieve is conducive to the improvement of the selectivity of the para product, while the small-grain molecular sieve is beneficial to the formation of the B-site product in the naphthalene methylation reaction.
