1. Loading method
Measure the molecular sieve separately in the tower.When the loading height exceeds 1 meter, do not directly pour the molecular sieve from the height to avoid the molecular sieve breaking. Do not stand on the molecular sieve, step on the pedal, and use the canvas funnel to evenly distribute the molecular sieve in the molecular sieve tower and flatten it, so as to avoid uneven distribution of molecular sieve resulting in different pressure drop of bed and uneven distribution of materials.

2. Molecular sieve regeneration method
Regas: nitrogen or finished gas.
An electric heating furnace heats up nitrogen or finished gas, and then passes the hot regas from the bottom of the tower into the molecular sieve bed. The temperature gradually rises to (when the inlet temperature is 300-350 ℃ and the outlet temperature is 150-200 ℃) and the temperature is constant for 2 hours.The regeneration process takes approximately (2-3) hours.
